About Me






My name is Serena Johnson. I am a personal trainer, fitness nutritionist, and most importantly a mama. I have 2 beautiful girls that are everything to me. I am a self proclaimed "Pizza Queen" and could probably eat pizza all day, every day if I could. 

I live and preach a flexible dieting lifestyle. (Learn more about flexible dieting here).  I love to recreate recipes to make them macro friendly and kid friendly.

As a nutrition coach, I love helping people use the power of nutrition to reach their goals without completely sacrificing all the foods they love. I have found that super restrictive dieting makes dieters unhappy and more often than not leads to binging.
