Supplements

Supplements are totally optional, of course. I really try and get 90% of my protein from whole foods, but being a Mama, I constantly find myself on the go , which is why I need a quality protein source to supplement my diet. 1st Phorm products are by far the highest quality which is why I love them for the whole family. The protein powder is amazing, there are two options: Phormula 1, a fast digesting protein which is best for post workout recovery and Level-1, a slower digestion protein that is best for meal replacement or recipes.  They both taste great and mix well. 

The Reds and Greens are the BEST I have tried ( and I have tried a lot). These I take daily and they aid with digestion, immunity, bloating, and more. 

I also take Creatine and the Micro Factor vitamin pack daily.
